◊ Sounding the sacred Word, OM, on an out-breath, dissolve and release atoms of lesser vibration … Thence, on an in-breath, draw in pure atoms of high vibration … sounding a silent OM … ◊ In the silent Sounding of the Sacred Word, OM, sense the in-flowing Life streaming through the Crown and the central column of the human on the ground of daily living … Allow the energy to slowly rise, returning whence it came. ◊ Once again, with a conscious Breath of Life, connect with the Life energy flowing through the Heart of the Sun. ◊ With a Breath of Life, visualize this energy streaming through the Group Soul of Humanity …

In the altar of the heart is a living flame,
A radiant fire, Sun.
The Light of Love, the Love of Life –
‘The Unconquerable nature of Goodness,

Let us Intuit the living Presence of Companion Spheres of 'living lights’ — radiant stars, five-pointed, hovering above every Crown — demonstrating as perfected, and perfecting Sons of God, human and divine.
